Wednesday I ran 45 minutes at 150HR. It felt good.
Thursday - lame, lame, and lame. I was so lame yesterday. I had no motivation at all. I ended up going home at noon, took a hot bath and watched 5 hours of TV in bed. No training.
Today - I'll swim. The plan is:
